I desire to use my developed industry background and broad experience in a position that involves decision-making in implementing strategies for the best use of my facilities management experience. Through my 37 years of professional experience, I have achieved a decrease in expenses managing many venues and hired, developed highly competent teams in all venues I have managed or held management positions in. I now seek a position as a Director of Facility Services or Operations in any type of facility that requires maintenance, engineering, landscaping, parking, janitorial, projects and capital improvements. I am capable of filling the position as a manager, leading and working together with a staff of professionals. I have dealt with contractors, maintenance departments, engineering, etc. in presenting first class facilities and service in the venues I have managed. I have also written emergency action plans, trained staff and ran drills. Just recently working with the Department of Homeland Security to perform a full evaluation of the Pasadena Convention Center.
