Experience in the areas of program management, business development, operations, and manufacturing includes, but is not limited to: Program Management: Program Management Office (PMO) development and management negotiation and monitoring of contract Terms & Conditions execution of on-time and under budget multi-million dollar programs for foreign military (FMS), domestic DoD and commercial customers request for proposal analysis, response, and costing total program management including proposal, design, development, delivery, certification as required, and out year logistic support management of both internal and external resources for software and hardware development designed and developed complete program reporting dashboard system Business Development: Increased training system and component sales over 400% utilized all resources to consistently increase sales and market share Bid & Proposal development, evaluation and management contract negotiation and management Customer Resource Management (CRM) and relationship building to secure business development and approval of marketing and advertising content and budgets Operations: Authoring and implementing division processes and procedures P & L responsibilities for multi-million dollar division (s) five year business plan development resource analysis, mentoring, and management successful management of hardware and software development teams in a very dynamic multi-tasking environment working within all organization levels to plan and implement marketing and business strategies Manufacturing: Supplier source selection and management purchasing and inventory control and distribution resource management build cycle development and planning product development and management
