I have several years experience in nursing management. I have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining nursing practice in diverse healthcare organizations. Was responsible for the day to day operation of a memory care facility having authority to hire discipline and terminate staff. In that position we had 2 years of deficiency-free surveys.
