QUALIFICATIONS Business / Data Analysis * Collect and organize data from multiple data sources, vendor extracts, spreadsheets, and databases for easy use by internal business and analytical clients * Ensure data integrity for regulatory compliance, triaging data problems directly to vendors and clients. * Translate customer business requirements needs into a final product. * Create / automate dashboards, operational, managerial, and ad hoc reports utilizing both out-of-box reporting tools and direct SQL queries and procedures * Ensure quality control by verifying computer results against established policies and procedures * Exercise Judgement to make decisions when selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Business Process * Business Process Mapping, Improvement, Automation, and Implementation * Work with various stakeholders and SMEs independently and as part of a team to capture and analyze existing business processes * Propose process improvements, develop, and implement solutions through technology * Eliminate silo work environments by introducing automation through software integration and collaboration tools such as Bizagi (BPM), SharePoint, and other .Net solutions Project Management * Agile project lifecycle methodology - from deep-dive and discovery through development / UAT / Training and go-live / production support * Manage small and mid-size projects independently / work with other project managers to bring projects to successful completion * Contribute to training material and change management plans by working closely with stakeholders, managers, and trainers * Conduct and monitor production support to ensure quick response and resolutions to production issues * Work with developers (internal and external) to communicate and follow up on issues relating to products in both development and production phases Software and Development Tools * MS Office suite, Bizagi (BPM) development studio, Lotus Notes, SharePoint, InforPath, MS Project, Visio, WebEx, Jaspersoft Studio, Crystal Reports, WebEx, Desktop, and web development utilizing Visual Studio 12/13/15, MS Access, and other .NET tools, VB.NET, C#, and ASP.Net with web forms and CSS support. * Database Management and design utilizing MS SQL
