Summary Currently I am working as a Systems Engineer I with over 15 years of experience in installing, designing, and building network infrastructures for financial/educational institutions and in Point-of-Sale environments. IT support professional with a strong background in software and hardware support for laptops, PCs, laser printers, servers, and POS equipment (registers and self-checkouts). Have knowledge in wiring and cabling in office and small retail environments. Trained new employees giving them the necessary tools and instructions to finish service calls in a timely manner. Highly-motivated and quick to learn with the ability to handle multiple projects at once .
