my mom tried her hand at opening a restraunt and called me to step in. It was over her head . i cooked and ran the kitchen to get her on her feet and then found her as buyer because she could not do it anymore. also was a manager of donut shops i worked in . they were sold as franchises. this is why i left . the new owners came with their own family as the staff.
