QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of testing equipment such as Simpson meter, Sidekick, T-Berd, Sunset able to perceive differences in wire and cable colors able to lift 100 lbs. or more able to move and lift items such as ladders, tools, cable, test equipment experienced with troubleshooting, testing and preventative maintenance of telecommunications equipment understanding of proper cable routing able to communicate effectively with customers able to climb ladders and steep staircases able to work in remote and challenging locations including, but not limited to: rooftops and vaults excellent dexterity to connect and disconnect various sizes and types of electronic connectors able to drive long distances on and off road excellent oral and written communications skills familiarity with field operations specific trouble ticket and network database systems self-controlled adaptable excellent time management and customer interaction skills able to maintain confidentiality able to remain focused good close vision and color perception computer literacy skills: drafting emails, Word and Excel, general savvy experience with a laptop. Valid driver's license. Multilingual: English, Russian, Ukrainian.
