Summary I have over thirty years in the Grocery Industry with starting my carrier as a Supermarket Manager. I continued as a Wholesale Grocery Buyer, Head Buyer, Director of Merchandising and a Grocery Store Owner / Manager. My years in store operations to wholesale buying and directing supply chain processes have provided me with a wide range of hands on user experience. My experience includes responsibilities at a corporate level, managing staff, directing business processes and ensure customer satisfaction. While in Wholesale and Retail industry I worked with different system applications for store operations, wholesale buying, forecasting, merchandising, warehouse management, retail pricing and analyzing data to improve merchandising strategies and define business processes. . The last twelve years I have been a SAP ERP Sr. Business Consultant focused on business solutions. As a Sr. Business Consultant / Analyst, I have focused on delivering IS Retail applications and solutions to the retail industry including, grocery, apparel and hard goods. As a Business Consultant I collaborate with clients to enable them to be successful with designing and implementing solutions, then analyzing and reporting on data to evaluated defined objectives. With my experience and knowledge in the Retail Industry and my SAP knowledge I have been a credible and trusted advisor to my clients. Working with business teams, I have conducted workshops and interviews with the business users, decision makers, cross-functional teams and IT team to gather, analyze, define and document business requirements. This process includes understanding 'as is' business process and leading to the 'to be' business process. Part of this path is to do a 'fit and gap' analysis, define 'best business practice' for the client and resolve any open issues with the best solution. Responsibilities have included, planning, defining objectives and deliverables, directing team, assigning tasks, tracking status and execution. While working with partner systems, I've led the team to define needed data for programs and any job dependencies. I have worked with business applications to align data with other business applications to complete business requirements and life cycle of transactions.
