I have a great amount of experience in renovation and like the challenge it can bring. New or old work, there's something new every day. Walmart Training Center - Complete of underground utilities across parking lot to back of building and set commercial trailers. JC Penney's - Complete renovation of 65,000 sf of building. New fixtures platforms walls and flooring an electrical in walls and flooring. JC Penny's - Removal of existing escalators and brought new through building and installed. 70,000 sf building. The Project was 9810 sf 3 story renovation of a 100-year-old building. Cost $1Million. In addition, structural supports were added at columns and flooring and structure were removed. When finished it had the look of an old mill with a modern twist to it. $1Million project consists of re-development of the former American Tobacco Company facilities. The facilities are comprised of 13 major structures composed of a million sf in an area of 15 acres. The site included office retail residential parking and hotel space. I oversaw the Strickland building that was three story shipping and receiving ware house that was turned into restraints and office spaces. The stricter was 45,000 sf cost 9 Million. Dave Coomer was the Senior Superintendent over the job. There were 7 other superintendents for each building.
