Summary: Production Supervisor responsible for providing supervision to of 80 operators and 3 technicians in production assembly line in clean room environment. Ensured execution of personnel training on inventory processes. Managed personnel, day-to-day production activities, time reporting, and personnel actions such as, cross-functional training. Monitored, audited and reconciled daily inventory movements. Ensured all production build schedules were met. Utilized MES (Oracle-based). Reviewed warehouse inventory reports to ensure that data between the 3PL and Clif Bar inventory systems are synced on a daily basis.
