The Bio-solids project includes a 3000 pile sub-structure to support the was pumping station, solids handling building, centrate building, methane digesters and chemical building as well as the storm water pump station. An extensive equipment / piping and instrumentation package is a major portion of the project. The product of dry cake will be removed from the site, and the water will be recycled. fabricating Stainless Steel piping and 84" steel discharge piping. I then moved on-site at the Red Bluff Pumping Plant and Fish Screen project I was responsible for project estimating and the supervision of pump assembly and installation. I also supervised the SS Sediment Jetting pipe along with pump discharge pipe and valves. The project involved the construction of a 1,150 foot by 35 foot wide fish screen consisting of a concrete slab walls and deck that support stainless steel screens that are environmentally friendly to fish. Directly behind the fish screens a large forebay will be excavated leading to a new pumping plant with approximately 95 MGD capacity.
