COVER LETTER: To whom it may concern: I have been a loyal and valued employee of CompuCom Systems for the past 9.5 years. I have held multiple roles over that time, ranging from Inventory Control Specialist to Inventory Control Supervisor and to my present role as Desktop Support Manager and I have exceeded expectations at each. I have developed strong relationships with CompuCom, & the customer. I feel with my understanding of both CompuCom's and the client's brand, culture and needs, I would excel as a Systems Integration Manager. I am presently utilizing my skills to perform several of the SIM responsibilities which includes managing upwards of twenty L1/L2, deskside support engineers as well as other associates in various roles. In addition, I am also assisting in reviewing resumes and coordinating the to assure compliance for SLA requirements.
