SUMMARY Currently occupies a position as a Unit Secretary at Georgetown University Hospital. In this role I answer a high volume of incoming calls while handling in-person inquiries from patients, doctors, nurses and various other hospital colleagues/staff. I am an extremely flexible, hardworking, career driven professional who focuses on delivering high quality results in a timely manner. I perform numerous functions within this role which include Medical Data Entry, purchase hospital supplies, as well as assisting the nursing staff just to name a few. I am highly effective at handling confidential information and identifying system improvements with ease. Being a dedicated and focused Unit Secretary who excels at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and following through to achieve project goals has carried me far in this current position. I am now seeking a role of increased responsibility and authority where I can carry over and utilize my strong front office management skills.
