QUALIFICATIONS * Over 24 years of customer service, consumer lending, and banking experience. * Mortgage Closing/Post-Closing, and loan set-up. * Well versed in FHA, VA, Conventional, and Regulation Z guidelines. * Knowledge in several areas of the Financial Services Industry, able to effectively position programs and services. * Ability to read all major credit bureaus including Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union. * Knowledge of mortgage banking principals and automation. * Training delivery/facilitation and coaching experience. * Capable of managing time effectively while performing multiple tasks. * Excellent communication skills to present technical and complex concepts effectively. * Proficient in Microsoft applications, Summit, 10 Key, APPRO, ENCOMPASS, LIS, and proprietary mortgage processing software. * Sustained over an extended period of time, performance that is clearly superior and exceeds management's high expectations
