Systems of * Provided leadership and programmatic oversight to a team of 10 engineers responsible for analysis, design, testing of engine cooling systems for Chrysler including hiring and firing, preparation of annual performance reviews, development and compensation planning. * Planned and took part in the test campaign of the instrumented engine cooling system of the Jeep Cherokee in hot climate (Death Valley, Baker, Phoenix) and City Traffic (Las Vegas) * Participated in several troubleshooting problems during failures which provided useful lessons by duplicating failures in Laboratory conditions and hence providing valuable lessons learned for future designs Ford European Autos (Fiesta Mondeo) including radiator heat exchanger fans and their controls * Engineering and program Coordination with various Ford plants and suppliers to ensure schedule performance aspects are met Developed and tested a new generation of evaporated for the air conditioning system with a new braze system Qualifications * Very familiar with Airbus Development Process (ABD0100, ABD0200) and Boeing's Development processes, and industry Standards (RTCA DO 160), FAR25/CS25 * Bachelor, Master and PhD in Mechanical Engineering * Speak and write fluently 4 languages: English, French, German, Arabic * Holder of several patents * Lead author for a paper " Heat Exchanger Fouling Detection in Aircraft Environmental Control
