I initiated the estimating procedures and wrote the proposals/ contracts technical responses. As a team we wrote the process and procedures needed for the division to operate by. I have taken operations management positions with two underperforming businesses and made them profitable. I have 18 years of providing quality estimations and bid management along with 24 years of management project coordination and sales at your disposal. I am experienced in delivering accurate estimates on time and to the customer's satisfaction. A complete team player that can lead or follow whatever is best for the company. I am equally adept to working alone with complete responsibility for numerous ongoing projects. I have experienced the full projects lifecycle from initial meeting to preliminary designs to the installation total completion and invoicing. Many times leading to upgrades and maintenance contracts. I have estimated won and project managed multi-million dollar multi-site projects.
