Description
Summary * Over 15 years of detail oriented SCM experience in a wide variety of industries * Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Experience in Version Control tools (Perforce, Git/GitHub) * Experience in setting up baselines, branching, merging, and solving complicated automation processes and time consuming SDLC bottlenecks using Perl, Python, PHP, and Shell/Bash scripts * Experience in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CruiseControl.Net, Bamboo * Experience in Linus System Administration * Experience in developing simple end-to-end build and deploy processes joining CI tools to scripting solutions * Good knowledge of bug tracking tools, such as Jira * Experience in Linux OS, (Ubuntu, RHEL, SUSE, Mac OSX) and Windows * Have working experience or good working knowledge of Make, Maven, Gradle build tools, and deploying web packages through Apache Tomcat. * Experience in XML and JSON data interchange formats Familiarity with creating and querying databases in MySQL RDBMS * Involved releases, created delivery documentation, and created release packages for SDLC stages - Staging, QA/UAT, Production * Closely worked with developers, QA staff, and IT personnel to deliver and predict project needs * Demonstrated ability to work well in small to medium teams, and/or to achieve independently * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and packages for each new situation * Excellent communication with both engineering and management on technical and interpersonal levels
