Accomplishments Implementations * Managed 10 simultaneous curriculum development projects for PG&E Gas Operations, leading a team of 7 instructional designers, maintaining client relationships, and managing resource, scope, budget, and schedule requirements. * Led the global implementation of Chevron's Global Talent Management Information System, used by over 27,000 employees in over 100 countries. * Led Chevron's successful performance turnaround of recruiting application Virtual Edge by implementing strategies and procedures on governance, change control, vendor relationship, support organization, and stabilization of North American implementation. * Led Infineon's North America implementation of Hire.com (now Authoria), a web-based Applicant Tracking system. * Integrated Infineon's disparate focal review elements into globally and regionally aligned STEPS Process: Training and Development, Performance Planning, Performance Review, Salary Planning, Incentive payouts, High Potential identification, Succession Planning. * Managed development and deployment of Infineon's STEPS Plan, a web-based performance management tool that tracked the Performance, Training, and Development activities of all NA employees (~3000). * Managed development and deployment of Infineon's STAR incentive calculator. * Reduced Siemens salary planning processing time by 4 weeks and significantly improved data quality through development and deployment of Salary Planning Tool that calculated all merit, adjustment, promotion, and lump sum changes to base pay during salary planning process. Communication Campaigns * Led the communication, training, and engagement activities for PG&E's CGI Tracker implementation, a back office online application used to track Gas Operations' non-completed survey and maintenance activities. * Created end-user and admin documentation, print materials and web content for Infineon's Variable Income Plan (VIP), a global enterprise incentive management tool. * Developed and executed change management initiatives to deploy a variety of new processes and tools at Infineon. Each effort involved generating print/web training content delivering CBTs, web broadcasts, town halls, and conference calls consulting/advising Business Unit Managers and VPs. * Use web broadcasting tools (WebEx, Microsoft's Live Meeting (PlaceWare) and Lotus Sametime) to provide global live distance training on a wide variety of subjects. * Facilitated Infineon Employee Survey Feedback Sessions. Analyzed results, generated summary of findings, conducted feedback sessions with employees from all levels of the organization, provided action item recommendations to executive management. Training Initiatives * Managed the development and execution of Learning Plans for Schwab's IT and Operations functions. * Designed and implemented a governance process for Schwab's IT and Operations functions to identify and prioritize learning initiatives based on strategic business needs. * Spearheaded Schwab Learning Solutions transformation from events-based "training" to business results-focused "learning" through focus on business cases, transfer methodologies, and measurement of business impact. * Streamlined Schwab's Learning Plan operational efficiency by establishing Six Disciplines of Break - through Learning as guiding framework for intake, design, development, deploy, execution, and measurement processes. * Achieved all regional implementation targets of Infineon's VIP tool and process by developing North America implementation/communication plan, designing/leading tool and process training for executives, managers, and employees. * Deployed Online Learning to Infineon NA through Global Knowledge's On Demand and Knowledge Pathways learning environments to train managers and employees on Infineon's Performance Management requirements. * Created Infineon North America Training Center as part of President's Strategic Initiative. Developed web catalogue of classroom, webcast, and online offerings for managers, high potentials, new employees, sales, technical, compliance, and safety. * Streamlined and integrated Siemens new hire integration efforts through design and implementation of QuickStart New Hire Orientation Program.
