Seeking full time employment in Construction Management. The skills I have gained while continuing my education enhance my experience by being able to apply more technology across more facets and increase accuracy in planning and reporting. Management I worked for a structural framing company from 1998 - 2007 I ran a team of 4 structural designers. My responsibilities included the structure of both an electronic and hard copy filing system to track all aspects of the structural design and build of all projects. This included 800 plus homes per year, apartments and hotels up to 4 stories, and other light commercial buildings. The process began with a full plan review, followed by coordinating with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve plan discrepancies and design issues. The next step was to design all aspects of the wood construction creating instructional books for both the panel plant and field operations. This included detailed material take offs, cut sheets, and construction directions. The goal was to minimize material waste and maximize each man hour. My primary tools were AutoCAD, WalPlus, and the Microsoft Office Suite. *
