Provide technical consulting on high level network designs, infrastructure system design and recommend product solutions to meet business needs. * Interface daily with Project managers, Planning, Regional / Division personnel to implement detailed procedures to resolve complex network problems with the product service line. * Extensive customer interaction primarily focused on surpassing projected goals. * Provide network performance statistics and recommend technical improvements to the network. * Contribute to the conception of new policies and procedures for maintenance and operational objectives. * Provide analysis, solutions and implementation strategies for network capacity issues. * Write detailed engineering MOPs, coordinate and execute complex dark fiber re-terminations, cage relocations, hardware insertions, code upgrades, and node insertions. * High level knowledge of Visio, AutoCAD, MAD, ESD, TACACS, Expo, Remedy and Granite.
