Description
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Physical Abilities: Able to work in small confined spaces, use ladder or cantilevered platform in environment that require lifting and carrying objects, rotating head and neck, twisting and bending at waist, walking, standing, flexion/extension, contact with liquid lubricant, solvents, exposure to noise, fumes and noxious odors, and the use of personal safety gear. Able to withstand long period of seating posture, required by a taxi cab driving. Technical Abilities: Able to read P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Drawing). Like instrumentation and designations, mechanical equipment with names and numbers, valves and their identification, process piping, sizes and identification, miscellaneous- vents, drains, special fittings, sampling lines reducers, increasers and swaggers, temporary/permanent start-up and flush lines, flow directions, interconnections references, control inputs and outputs, interlock, interfaces for class changes, seismic category, quality level, computer control system inputs, vendor and contractor interfaces, identification of components and subsystems delivered by others intended physical sequence of the equipment. Able to match work order with correct parts/materials prior to and after conducting transmitter and valve calibration. Identify and provide valuable and accurate information to all calibrated transmitter and control valves. Conduct loop checking, interlock logic test and stroke test to control valves before installing. Assist vendor and provide accurate and valuable information to the instrument being tested and should match the specification requirements. * Utilizing calibrated mathematical configuration and precision measuring instrument to check and verify data. * As necessary, fabricate supports and stanchion to all instrument needed in the field. Leak testing to all impulse tubing and airlines. * Involve in start-up, non-commissioning and commissioning requirements. * The ability to work independently or as part of and integrated team.
