Summary of Qualifications Over 15 years of proven experience in the Administration, Management and the Operational Control of both Local Area and Wide Area Networks for Federal Government Systems. An extensive background in the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and management of medium to large-scale data networks at the physical data link and network layers of the OSI model. Solid data communications experience with a thorough knowledge of networking standards and protocols such as IPSEC, III DES, DLSW, Source-Route Bridging and LAN Switching. Over 15 years of experience in the installation, operation and Maintenance of Cisco 6500, 4500, 3500, 2600 and 7600 switches and routers to include maintaining the baseline configurations and IOS with Cisco Works and OPSWare/HPNA. I have configured routing protocols such as Internal and External BGP, OSPF, MPLS and EIGRP for all of the above Cisco devices including the Layer 3 switches. I am currently the primary Cisco TACACS+ (Terminal Access Controller Access-Control System Plus) administrator who stays current with the fluid and expanding technology industry best practices continued formal and hands-on training in new operating systems.
