EXPERIENCE SUMMARY: Over 50 years of extensive property management experience with the Department of the Navy. Lead analyst for property management for six major organizational transitions and/or closures of Naval Bases. Experience has involved tracking, removal and redistribution of equipment related to BRAC closures and transitions. Communication Directorate (S&TCD) instrumental the creation of a Property Book Office for CERDEC and preparation a new S&TCD property management policy and methodology for the Asset management System. Provide customer service by reconciling hand receipts cataloging property maintaining property book records and assisting in managing inventory. Review Army GCSS data base to insure that equipment has been properly transferred and or disposed.. Use th Army enterprise systems integration program (AESIP) to find the proper federal stock number and nomenclature for all incoming equipment and all equipment intended for disposal. Check Equipment that is marked for disposal to determine if it is in working order and can be used elsewhere within the Army. Remove all hard drives from all aDP equipment and prepare drives for destruction. Create and maintain spreadsheet for Hand Receipt Holders containing number of pieces and value.
