In brief, I attended the University of Cordoba School of Medicine in Argentina from 1989 to 1995 where I achieved an MD degree in 1995. After my graduation, I moved to Spain where the Secretary of Education of the Government of Spain validated my MD degree within Spain and the European Union. From 2000 to 2003 I did three years of residence within the program on Family and Community Medicine accredited by the Government of Spain Secretary of Education and European Union, at the Hospital Arquitecto Marcide located in Ferrol. This hospital is part of the Servicio Galego de Saude Hospitals Network, the organism running the National Health Service in Galicia, Spain. From 2003 to 2008 I worked as Emergency Room Physician, as well as Locum Teams Physician and Attending in Family Medicine at different hospitals of the Servicio Galego de Saude as well as in private clinics. In 2009 I took a leave from my job as a physician and moved to Lubbock Texas with my husband, an endocrinologist at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, and my two daughters where I have enjoyed every moment of my new jobs as mother and housewife. At present, I feel that I should begin a new stage in my career and I believe that I have the medical knowledge, ability for team work and communications skills needed for the position that you are advertising.
