SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: * Veteran of US Army and held Top Secret Clearance with SBI (Special Background) while Active Duty * Understanding of maintaining policies, procedures, initiatives, and negotiating service contract agreements * Vast experience reporting carrier troubles, opening trouble tickets, and escalating until final resolution * Comprehensive knowledge of PBX / TDM telephone service and VoIP / Hosted VoIP solutions * Maintained Call Centers, ACD IDs, Groups, and CAS reports for upper management * Long term experience with Avaya PBX, Siemens CBX, Unified, SpectraLink wireless, and other telephony technologies * Experience with Avaya Communications Manager, CMS, and ASA (Avaya Site Administration) * Thorough knowledge of Communications infrastructure (Fiber SC/ST, Data Patch Panels, Krone, 66, and 110 blocks) * Initiated Telecom bill cost cutting measures and savings incentives such as cancelling unused loop/GS POTS lines * Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
