Summary of Skill Sets: * Installed new Cisco Hubs, switches, and routers in racks and stacked them at Customer Sites. * Experience in patching all of the existing computers and new VOIP Cisco phones to the new Switches and test functionality in all locations at Customer Sites. * At the Data Centers, I was responsible for installing, splicing, tiping and documenting all of the fiber and copper connections to all existing and new Data Equipment. * Racked and stacked all new networking switches, placed and installed all new fiber and CAT 6 copper patch cords in Data Center, documented and labelled all the new cabling with a brother P-Touch. * Placed new cable and power connections for all the new upgraded cabinets in the data center. * Stack all new servers, and Switches in the correct configurations to be able to daisy chain some of them together as to result in a primary stack and a secondary stack. Experienced with Installing IMS Call Management Software and CDR Software on Various Phone systems. Used by Customers too track Recorded Actual Sales Productivity verses Sales Call Times and Local, Toll-Call, 1-(800), and Long Distance Call Cost Accounting/Billing. Programmed and entered all the Local Prefixes into the data bases. I then trained the Customer how to engage it, retrieve it, how to print it, and how to interpret the Data Fields.
