Has developed a multi-faceted perspective of Turnaround operations by being actively involved in every aspect of the endeavor. As a contractor, has worked inside drums, towers and furnaces with all crafts. As a process operator, has isolated, cleared and inspected equipment as well as initiated work requests for repairs and improvements. As a Turnaround Planner/Scheduler, has successfully managed all facets of a Turnaround including gathering all potential work, planning job cards, scheduling, melding expense with capital, aligning the work scope with the approved budget using a risk management classification system, preparing bid packages, selecting contractors, performing schedule reporting, preparing a financial analysis of the endeavor and sharing lessons learned with others.
