Qualifications: Currently Working for BBX Operating as Gas measurement tech for the past 3.yr 7 mo before that / and pipeline forman for 3 yrs. Valid class C Texas driver's license (No moving violations) More than 12 yrs Experience Nine years of experience on gas pipelines and two years' experience on liquid pipelines 2 yrs working for Northern Naturel Gas in Gas Gathering system. Operating under normal conditions and responding to abnormal conditions. Oversaw crews in the building of new pipelines and all aspects of getting the pipeline in service. Experience on centrifugal pumps, PDI pumps, natural gas fired compressors, regulators, MOV's, and good understanding of gas pipelines and NGLs. Use computer in daily job performance able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and other programs as trained. ROW survey, leak surveys, mowing, valve maintenance and repairs, Pigging operations responding to and/or clearing one calls, line locates using pipeline locator devices (metro tech). Maintaining ROW markers in readable conditions and comply with line of sight requirements with DOT regulations. Permitting crews per company policy to assure safe operating conditions before any work begins. Checking and/or calibrating OPP valves to maintain pipeline MAOP requirements, checking and/or calibrating O2 analyzers to maintain gas quality, and using stain tube testing for H2S, water vapor working with producers to correct abnormal conditions. Using lock and tag out procedures including pipeline blow down if needed, before any repairs to pipeline or any energy producing equipment. Maintaining pipeline records on any DOT systems .Attending Company Safety meetings, pipeline safety programs (811) Texas One Call, Lone Star 811.
