QUALIFICATIONS: * Management of several projects to include all aspects of safety regulations, permitting zoning, pipeline gathering systems, construction, Eminent Domain, Division Orders, Acquisition, Leasing, Lease Analysis * Supervision of 50 to 105 employees depending on the number of projects under way. * Project estimating total project cost * Tracking budgets / time line of projects. * Safety Coordinator * Fully knowledgeable in FERC, BLM, DECOG, OSHA, DOTD, EPA * Federal, State and municipal Permitting of Wildlife and Fisheries, Railroad Commission, State, County/ Parish, State/Federal regulations, Corp of Engineers * Data entry into Flair Doc's, AMPS Program, Documentium, WMIS * 30-year Title/Back to Patent Curative Title, Surface, Mineral and Depth * Due Diligence * Creating and maintaining database * Fully knowledgeable of Word, Excel, Power Point, File Share, Auto Cad, ARKFM Viewer and Design, Share Point
