Summary I have been a Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager for most of my career. I have been a Construction/ Project Manager / Program Manager for 39 years within the Institutional, Healthcare, Retail, Liturgical, and other commercial applications. I have been a Field Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, V P of Operations, and a Senior V P of Operations. I created open door policies for employees, improved employee morale and production, increased productivity in field applications, reduced manpower, and found more effective applications to achieve one's goals. I am recognized as a leader in the industry, a mentor to others, and a model for others to become. I am a professional and employee/ self driven person. I care about the clients as well as the employees I work with. If all employees are strong, then the organization is strong. Rules and regulations are paramount to be followed by ALL company employees, without exception. I lead by example.
