I have recently returned to the St. Louis area, and I am seeking a career in the hospitality industry. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, I have a true passion for guest satisfaction, culinary excellence, and management. I am looking for a permanent career to advance in a growing company. I prefer to lead as a coach to my team by teaching, instructing, counseling, and leading by example; always ending with a positive response. I believe in a clean as you go work ethic, as well as being prepared and organizing yourself for the worse possible scenario. People dine-out for many reasons; for the menu, the food and drink quality (or quantity), the ambience, routine, an occasion, spur of the moment or simply out of convenience. However, what brings them back, is a genuine enjoyable personalized experience. Providing an excellent experience from the greeting at the door to the meal, ambiance, and a genuine invite to return.
