Inspection over cutting ditch lowering in of pipe and backfilling. * Inspection of coating of pipe welds. * Inspection of tie-ins and bolting of fabrication. * Inspection of testing pipelines and all pigging operations. * Oversaw all daily safety operations of contractor.
