SUMMARY Mr. Crespolini, brings over a decade of in-house and consulting expertise to an evolving technological, legal, and regulatory environment. In this experience he has had a portfolio of responsibilities managing data privacy, compliance, legal operations, eDiscovery, and records initiatives. With DiscoveryMinder, Mr. Crespolini focuses on helping organization develop processes to address today's most pressing data privacy and compliance challenges. During his time with HP, Mr. Crespolini was responsible for acting as an internal process leader, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that our business objectives for legal management were met. This role required him to both proactively manage ongoing legal matters and costs, but also take on responsibility for the continuous improvement of HP's process, partner, and technology ecosystem. Prior to joining HP, Mr. Crespolini was a member of the senior management team of Clearwell Systems (Symantec/Veritas) a cutting edge Sequoia Capital backed legal technology start-up. At Clearwell his role involved both internal legal responsibilities as well as working with clients to implement global legal and compliance processes. He specializes in operations, eDiscovery, compliance, information governance. In addition to being an attorney he also has over a decade of experience in information technology management and consulting around the use of data to support legal/compliance initiatives. This includes implementing enterprise-wide supervision/surveillance systems, financial systems, information archiving, data warehousing, electronic collection, disaster planning, and operational process development.
