Seeking to lend my experience to a business forward production house that is seeking to add any, and all, of the following skills to their asset base: * Management of operations and protocols for Production, Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement * Consulting on Operations Set-Up, Start-Up and Close-Down * Managing Tool and Die Designs, Launches, Tool Return, Tool Transfer and Tool Installation processes * Strategic execution of business, labor and account planning for short-term stability and long-term growth * Financial and Operational Risk Analysis and Assessment * Increase efficiency, optimize production and measurably improve OEE * Simultaneous management of or coordination with multiple departments across single or multiple sites * Meeting and executing Key Indicators for optimal operational success * Fabrication of assembly/test fixtures and close tolerance inspection gauges * Trained in basic shop machines including CNS Wire EDM's, Plunge EDM's, Jig Grinders and CNC Jig Borers PORTFOLIO JOBS * * Volume: $130 million * Stamping: 10 - 400 Ton * Injection Molding: 60 - 1100 Ton * Production: 50 tool stamping presses * Preventive Maintenance Systems: IQMS and Bigfoot
