COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern: I/We have applied for a mortgage loan from Renasant Bank. As part of the application process, Renasant Bank, a GSE (if any) and/or an Investor (if any) may verify information contained in my/our loan application and in other documents required in connection with the loan, either before the loan is closed or as part of its quality control program. I/We authorize you to release of any and all information and documentation requested by Renasant Bank, an Investor (if any), or a GSE (if any) for a period not in excess of three months from the date of my/our execution of this Authorization to Release Information. Such information includes, but is not limited to, employment history and income, bank, money market, and similar account balances, credit history, and copies of income tax returns. I/We further authorize Renasant Bank to order a consumer credit report and verify any additional credit information. I/We further authorize Renasant Bank to share information with a GSE (if any) or an Investor (if any). I/We permit Renasant Bank to authorize any GSE or Investor to view (or get from you or from Renasant Bank) the information obtained by Renasant Bank from you. Renasant Bank, any GSE and/or any Investor may address this authorization to any party named in the loan application.
