Description
Summary An IT network, customer support and user support person for the last 22 years starting with dumb terminal and PC and Windows server configuration and repair and growing into a user support role and eventually the LAN/WAN build capability. WAN training improved my abilities starting with serial DDS communication in 1992, and progressing to current state of the art Fiber Optic and METRO Fiber Optic ring configurations and troubleshooting, using layer 2 and/or layer 3 hardware as needed. Semi retired August 2014 - Present Working occasionally to support individuals with home based networking, WIFI and break/fix of Windows PC's and various tablets.
