Resulted in a qualified trainer able to conduct trainings independently. Coached a Field Trainer through the process of facilitating a large class, including providing performance feedback. Resulted in trainer becoming an exceptionally confident trainer who moved on to overseeing the large class teaching process. Identified and then resolved over budget costs for field training department, resulting in savings of 2% on bottom line departmental costs.
