Professional Summary I have more than 20 years of experience as an IT analyst. I am skilled in the delivery and support of IT solutions to help meet business needs. I am very focused on ensuring the integrity of production environments by providing detail-oriented collaboration between all phases of the change and release lifecycle. I have extensive experience implementation and documentation of IT policies, with extensive experience in ITIL service management and change management. Systems and the Enterprise to enable quick resolution of testing defects and project issues. This is achieved through facilitated meetings defect and incident analysis and monitoring and concentrated defect follow-up. Responsible for cross capability area defect analysis for all IDO Release E2E test environments. We provide support for IDO Release Test functional integration and implementation testing. IDO Release Triage provides SPI Splunk error log scans for IDO and E+ E2E test environment code development. We also took a support role in ensuring IDO projects completed their Dev-Int and System environment integration testing prior to implementation. * Environment Management - Ensure production code is replicated to all the environments following a production deployment. * Coordinate projects and work efforts that have highly integrated business and organizational dependencies. * Mentor and train analysts on those projects and work efforts to ensure appropriate adherence to expected processes and standards. * Work closely with teams to create and maintain processes and procedures related to management of and implementations to new and changing environments. * Ensure implementations at the Release level are meeting the business expectations related to the delivered scope and maintenance of application and infrastructure stability and availability. * Constantly analyze and review new and existing processes procedures and technology and champion improvement initiatives as warranted. * Create and maintain necessary release-level documentation related to Release and Implementation Plans Back-out Plans and Service Restoration Strategies. Software used - HPSM Splunk WSSR ROVR Jenkins Tealeaf TIMS. * Coordinate cross-team technical problems when multiple areas/platforms are involved. * Provided Case Management support to a key enterprise initiative run in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Effectively collaborated facilitated and lead multiple defect resolution sessions for various releases. * Applied expert judgment to remove impediments keeping teams focused and delivering projects in rapidly evolving and dynamic test environments. * Navigated the organization to enable quick resolution of testing defects. * Worked closely with Leadership to identify defects that need additional assistance to help teams maintain pace. * Provided support for Releases that spanned across multiple test environments/Lanes. * Contributed overall stability of Test Environments.
