Client - CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE (Common Loan Origination) (Feb 2015 - Mar 2016) Role-Scrum Master/Team Coach Lead the Common Loan Origination (CLO) application development team. Capital one Auto Finance uses Common Loan Origination (CLO) Application to deal with incoming auto loan applications. CLO application does decision of incoming application using BRE and Capstone automatically and provides application status swiftly. Based on the decision the auto loan will be funded by using the same CLO application. It's a J2EE application interfacing with multiple systems through web services and Batch Uploads and Downloads. It uses Blaze rules engine for implementing business logic. The CLO application had a component called Savvion which was replaced by a new framework named Odyssey. Job Responsibilities: * Agile transformation agent from traditional waterfall to Scrum framework. * Mentored and coached new Scrum Masters, performed a dual role of a Scrum Master and Agile Coach supporting Scrum Transformation across various teams. * Organize and facilitate release planning, kick off meetings, release retrospectives, stand ups to track and communicate program progress. * Actively communicate with third party vendors, internal engineering groups and customers to capture requirements, baseline scope, and set time and quality constraints. * Proposed and documented agile process to facilitate iterative evolution of features while engaging customers during conceptualization. Set up demos and solicited feedback from the customer and incorporated their comments into the next iteration/sprint planning sessions. * Proactively managed cross functional interdependencies to ensure impediments for team members are identified and removed quickly by maintaining information radiators, developing sound project team communication, change control processes, and a collaborative team environment to develop practical solutions that resulted in achievement of planned milestones on time.
