Career Highlights * Multi-channel leader with experience in retail sales, B2B, and management on direct and indirect distribution sides. * Hand-selected District Sales Manager in the Chicago market that included preparation and implementation of distribution strategy and growth. Managed and trained team of 290 associates on sales skills, store operations, leadership, policies and procedures and career development, increasing store productivity and garnering selection to internal Agent Advisory Council for three terms. * Negotiated contractual agreements that realized over $1 million in collections. * Replaced big box distribution with local agent growth.
