CAREER HIGHLIGHTS TEREX CRANES -Vice President/ General Manager, North America Cranes - Responsible for turning a loss revenue division into the most profitable business unit within the Cranes Division and implemented an organization that is now considered a Center of Excellence within the global Terex organization. RWD - As President of the Manufacturing Performance Solutions Division, I increased revenue by 20% in less than two years by diversifying into new market segments while reducing operational costs by $10M. This included the management of 250 employees, and development of the Standardized Lean Transformation Model that has been implemented within numerous industries and production systems. BMW - New Plant Start up management team in South Carolina and the BMW X 5 and plant expansion. Managed 1,100 employees, including engineering, manufacturing, shipping operations, and new model preparation for Body Weld and Assembly operations. Toyota - As the Plant Manager for the Body Weld Division, I directed and managed all functions within an 88% automated, two-shift plant operation that produced 400,000 new units annually with 450 employees. Through my efforts and those of the teams I lead, our plant received the prestigious JD Powers Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards. Volkswagen - As acting General Production Supervisor, I supervised six production supervisors and 142 UAW hourly employees.
