SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS I am a Strong Leader who is able to follow. I am able to develop construction project schedules and stick to them. I work well with, and can coordinate Subcontractors, Architects, and Customers to make a Project run smoothly. I have started from a vacant parking lot and put a high rise building there, multiple times. I can take an existing building and restructure it to perform to the needs of our customers. I have been on project ranging from $300,000.00 to $85,000,000.00 in a Superintendents Roll I know how to start a project and see it through to the end. Professional and Personal Skills I am Skilled with Microsoft Office products 2007. I am competent with Microsoft Project 2010. I am able to run both P.C. and Mac computers. I have taken the O.S.H.A. classes Have a strong work ethic and work well with others. I am a Journeyman Carpenter have done both ruff construction (concrete and framing) and interior trim and furniture building. Can read blueprints (Architectural, plumbing, electrical, and Landscape drawings). Know how to use C.A.D. C.A.M. and other building based drawing programs. I have lead up to 200 people and know how to direct myself. I am an emergency first responder trained and certified in C.P.R. Defibrillators and emergency first aid. I am a certified rescue diver.
