Sharepoint team lead * advanced disposal services * June 2014 To august 2017 I and my team were the single point of contact for all SharePoint related Office 365 and Nintex Forms/Workflow related issues within the third largest sanitation services company in the United States. Lead the team that developed a SharePoint based customer service representative system for use in ADS' call centers. This enables customer service reps to access pricing and routing information in real time based on an address or municipality while servicing a customer call. This system was built using SharePoint Nintex and is a deployed solution on the on prem farm. Architecting and implementing an automated Vacation System for ADS employees that allowed both employees and management to approve and track vacation times and holidays. This system uses SharePoint Nintex and Bamboo products. Architecting and leading the team that developed a SharePoint/Nintex based Change Management system. This system was later upgraded to meet new audit requirements as Advanced Disposal became a publicly traded company. My team and I achieved both 99.9x SharePoint uptime and 98% business customer satisfaction with trouble tickets serviced during my tenure. Implemented several money saving systems based on SharePoint running into the millions of dollars. Examples include a route announcement system for informing our customers of garbage pickup downtime including reasons why and estimate pick up time. I introduced the use of meta data based e-discovery for documents related to litigation against the company. I then extrapolated this SharePoint dashboard based system to include meta data searches throughout the enterprise. This greatly increased efficiency in several departments in addition to the original business partner. Implemented MS Project on premises and later in the cloud with integration between the two. Personally responsible for vetting and recommending hiring of all SharePoint Office 365 and external website employees and contractors. I was also responsible for mentoring of several junior level employees learning new skills sets to include SharePoint Administration and Development web languages and the use of Nintex forms and workflows. Other responsibilities including time sheets for hourly employees mentoring and tracking project hours. Intimately involved in general IT Strategy meetings with upper management due to my well rounded skill set over a long IT career.
