QUALIFICATIONS:* * National Management of Sales, Collections, Purchasing, Financial Forecasting, Profit & Loss, Budgeting, Hiring, Training, Lease Negotiations, Contract Negotiations, Union Negotiations, Site Selection, Business Development, Marketing, Construction Management, Construction Estimating, Bid Preparation & Submittal, Concrete Project Management, Concrete General Management, Infrastructure Project Management, Concrete Management and Fine Dining [1140 * Managed all phases of operations including, new store opening, marketing, staffing, training and development, purchasing, merchandising, sales, collections and financial Development. * Supervised and managed sales staff resulting in substantial sales increases. I helped this store GM and CAM assignment was to be a presence in both collections and sales. I held a customer appreciation party which gained over 20 customers that day sending the store comfortably over the 800 customer mark returned a $2500 RV account which was going to be written off the next day the GM and CAM both were unable to handle that account. Since me leaving that store customer count has gone from 822 down to below 794. assignment was sales. Aaron's front door was 60' from the RAC door. I was such a sales presence the DM from RAC had to make a visit to see who the Aaron's guy was that was absorbing the demographic he had once enjoyed as his own. I had built such excitement in the store that a letter was written from the RM to the existing sales MGR to emulate Don Santoro's look sound and feel or find another job as the store's sales soared due to my presence and the new atmosphere.
