As Quality Engineer, I lead the ISO audit pre-registration audit in October 2018. I have stepped up and performed the Quality Manager and Quality Tech duties since July. As the Product Launch Coordinator, I increased OTD from 80% to 95%. I also developed the pack spec we currently use. As Customer Complaint Coordinator, I developed the currently used spreadsheet. As the Chief Metrologist, I eliminated out sourcing of calibrations to in house saving the company $80,000 per year.
