Experience Summary In 27+ years of EPC experience in the power industry worked on some of the largest Fossil and Nuclear projects around world. Rotating through all the disciplines in the process from proposals/development of the projects in the home office, ground breaking at the site to start-up of the boilers. Heavy interface with Clients/Subcontractors, experience ranges from Construction management ($3+ billion), Subcontract management ($3+ billion) to large direct hire projects ($4+ billion). Site Manager on international projects, the work was performed as construction management and all that entails with scope and change management, risk management, assessments and allocation/mitgation. Project Manager on plant services for plant maintenance with eight plants spread throughout the Southeast managed all portions of maintenance design and construction of small capital projects with up 3,000 craft stateside, with over 10,000 craft on International Projects. Over the course of career have rotated as part of my past companies development of future leaders through many of the functions (i.e. Procurement, Controls, Craft supervision, Site Management, Engineering, Field Engineering), Contracts (Prime and subcontract) and Program Management (site and project). I offer experience internationally, as a Construction Site Manager, providing direction for the construction team and heavily engaged with the design team, the client and providing interface for public participation.
