Project: Product Launch Success. Products were not meeting their launch dates. The process itself was burdened with resource task process and SLA failures. Created and implemented an efficient process which consisted of communication messaging governance and a RAM (Resource Assignment Matrix) which aligned specific deliverables to their task owners. Results: * Created and implemented an efficient process which covered resource alignment to tasks timeline adjustments to meet SLA requirements. Increased productivity. * Coordinated multiple initiatives simultaneously to produce launch deliverables on target across various departments. * Proactively managed changes in project scope identified potential crises and devised contingency plans. * Conducted project postmortems to identify successful and unsuccessful elements. * 100% product launches on time. Project: Product compatibility alignment. Identified an online product compatibility issue which was impacting the customer experience and causing high COD (Cost of Dissatisfaction). Used reverse engineering to find source of incompatibility and initiated discussions with the SME. Results: * Reduced liability - The correct application was aligned for the segment causing a reduction by 40% in the average of returned accessories based on compatibility issues. Launched a project to address legacy products. * Defined and implemented a process for pulling correct compatible accessories Project: Content Management System application transition. Transitioned to a new content management application. Quickly learned the application conducted virtual team training and analyzed factors such as impact on average handling time failures between applications to align etc. Results: * Analyzed and measured the effectiveness of existing business processes and developed sustainable repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. * Eliminated risk of impact to product launches by quickly ramping up transition between old and new application.
