Ensure schedule, budget, security guidelines and quality specifications are met or exceeded. * Establish and manage the relationship between technology teams, business stakeholders, and all level of management to ensure productive working relationships. * Collaborate with leadership teams to conduct stakeholder analysis and develop effective communication strategies. * Develop and manage project documentation, project scope, project schedule, risk assessment, issues/action log, responsibility matrix, executive status summary, key learnings, etc. * Schedule and facilitate weekly project team meetings to review tasks, deliverables, progress, and performance. * Fluent in common project management and collaboration tools, such as MS Project, MS Office, MS Visio, SharePoint, Google Suite, Smartsheet, Jira, Skype, Lync, Webex, Trello and others.
