Description
Experienced RN Case Manager with strong clinical skills including ability to see pt as a whole and not just a sum of their parts. I have learned that the end of our lives comes with unique struggles and firmly believe that everyone has the right to a comfortable ending with dignity and without undue suffering. Dying unifies humanity we may live very different lives both culturally and spiritually and our journeys may vary greatly but we will all die the same. I further believe that education is the means to avoid unnecessary hospitalizations tests and procedures. My forte is people skills and I really feel a strong need to make a difference in other's lives. I have worked in Hospice for the past 9 years and end of life care and care of the chronically ill is my calling.
