CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT I am a highly effective superintendent with 20 years experience supervising high-end residential projects in Manhattan. Be it in a penthouse at the Plaza, a 150 year old townhouse, or new construction I will guarantee a harmonious, safe work environment, where trades are focused on task and timelines so the job is completed on budget.
